Autofill Terms of Service

1. Scope of service

Autofill is a digital service that populates Korean administrative/visa forms to the official agency template, based on data you provide, and outputs a PDF. The service only assists with document preparation; it is not legal advice, does not guarantee any visa outcome, and is not a government agency. KoreaInfo-Hub is operated by Tâm Việt Korea, an independent legal consultancy.

2. Operator information

Business-registration and 통신판매업 details are disclosed on the Seller Information page in accordance with the E-Commerce Act (전자상거래법).

3. Ordering & payment

You select a form, enter your data (with a preview of the content), and pay via Toss Payments or PayPal Business Korea; the system generates the PDF and emails it. All prices are shown in KRW (₩).

4. Refund policy (청약철회)

Before the PDF is generated: you may cancel and receive a full refund within 7 days of the order.

After the PDF is generated and sent: as this is digital content already supplied, the right of withdrawal is limited under the E-Commerce Act. KoreaInfo-Hub issues a refund only where there is a service-side error (PDF not matching the official template, a technical fault, or output differing from the data you entered), not for a change of mind.

This limitation is clearly disclosed at checkout, and you can preview the form before paying. Refund requests are made by support email and processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

5. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you provide, and for submitting/using the document with the relevant authorities. The service only fills the form from the data received.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KoreaInfo-Hub's total liability for an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. The service is not liable for government decisions, regulatory changes, or indirect damages.

7. Personal-data protection

Form data is encrypted in transit, handled in a PIPA-compliant manner, and auto-deleted after 7 days. See the Privacy Policy for details.

8. Disclaimer

Information and forms are compiled per current regulations and may change. Please verify with the relevant authorities (HiKorea / 출입국·외국인청) before submitting. The service does not replace professional legal advice.

9. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are resolved at the Seoul Central District Court (서울중앙지방법원), unless consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

10. Changes to the terms

KoreaInfo-Hub may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an effective date.
